IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Dr. Barrett Straub and Christina Byrne walked us through two important steps to providing patients with an exceptional experience and really, setting yourself and your practice apart from the dentist down the street.  Check out the replay of their course, "Two Keys to Creating a Unique Patient Experience - Elegant Handoffs and Asking Great Questions" here!

Remember, if you miss attending the live Master Class, you can watch the recording and take the quiz to earn CE credits.

COACHING TIP

Three Keys To An Elegant Handoff

There are three things for you and your team to remember when providing an Elegant Handoff:

1. Sense of Safety - Your patient needs to trust you will take great care of them. When trust increases, so does Case Acceptance.

2. High Level of Customer Service - The patient in front of you needs to feel and believe they are the most important person in the office.

3. Stay Organized - A verbal handoff between team members increases the certainty for the patient that everyone is on the same page about what is next for them.
